Mid Lane Love Project
A local agency associated with Food for Lane County. An all volunteer group that "adopts" seniors and needy families to provide freshly picked organic fruits and veggies. Contact: Jim @ 541-935-2262

Helios Resource Network
Helios Resource Network promotes community livability by empowering local groups and businesses working toward sustainability. Projects include Local Food Networking, Sustainability Indicators Project, Community Matching Grant Program, Local First Lane County, and Liaison with the University of Oregon and Lane Community College, among others.

MindFreedom Lane County
MindFreedom Lane County is very active at the City and County levels to change the mental health system. Drop by the monthly First Wednesday Roundtable... Sign up for a public e-mail discussion list... participate in a variety of campaigns... volunteer. Get public alerts about activity in Lane County, Oregon for human rights and alternatives in the mental health system, and a list of initial ways that Lane County mental health agencies can change to offer a greater range of choice for clients.

Coalition For Nonviolent Living
The Coalition for Nonviolent Living promotes and nurtures the vision that the philosophy and practice of nonviolence can serve as a universal value for guiding all facets of human life. We provide dynamic and synergistic opportunities for networking people and organizations who want to create a nonviolent, just, and sustainable way of life for all.

Lane County Migrant Education Program
The Migrant Education Program provides help with education and other
needs for children aged 3-21 who move frequently because they or their
parents (or guardians) work in agriculture, fishing or forestry in
Lane and Douglas counties.
